WARNING: KELLY-HANSON SCAMS!!!
On March 17th, I ordered a mainsail from Kelly-Hanson Sails for a MacreGregor 26C. (Item #129965_628948_803876). My credit card was charged $514.95 but I never received any update on my order. I had to follow-up twice before the company informed me that the product is out of stock and will not be available for 4-5 weeks. I followed up 5 weeks later and did not receive any response from the company until several emails and phone calls. The response was that they do not have the product yet and that they do not know when the product will be available. I requested for a refund and the refund has not yet been processed to date. Here are the issues with this Kelly-Hanson Sails:
- Their website did not inform customers whether an item is out of stock, so customers are charged without knowing when or if they will ever receive their order
- They do not inform their customers when an item is out of stock. They will just charge your card anyway
- They have not yet refunded the $514.95 that they charged from my account on March 18th, and it is now almost three months of following up several times
